Well established employee leasing and placement company offers services for customers in three areas: leased employees on a contract basis, professional employment organization (PEO) services, and direct hire. Staffing Services: Company specializes in blue collar workers to industries. Welders, electricians, carpenters, and other crafts are provided using their large database of qualified candidates. Workers are certified to have received any training required. Trainers possess credentials such as CCSM, CSHT, OHST, and provide all OSHA and Coast Guard training curriculums. Workers are often paid through a professional employment organization (PEO) outsource company. Contracts are normally of a lengthy duration and in many cases, a large number of workers are required. Company offers a contract-to-hire program allowing a client to utilize contracted employees for a pre-determined amount of time and rate. Puerto Rico Program: Company has established an agency relationship with a Puerto Rican agency that enables trained crafts workers to transfer to the US.
