Competition: The only true competition is the major retailers for customers who want to go shopping in those stores. As a wholesale distributor your main customer base is the companies who want delivery to their businesses. There are several competitors in Phoenix, but they really are not worth worring about. Only the retailer "Staples" is of serious mention. Our speciality is the industrial and educational markets which expect a close knit customer / supplier relationship. A very high percentage of our customers have been with us for 6, 7, 8 years and longer.

Growth/Expansion: Many options are available for an energetic owner. Hire outside sales people as needed. Add a commercial industrial outlet store in a new commercial center. Bring on added suppliers. Work the business as I have not done so for the past two or three years.
