The March Group, LLC currently represents a very profitable and quickly growing regional airline, offering passenger, mail, and freight carrier services to the largest community in Western Alaska. Revenue for TTM through December 2007 hit $5.3 million, and the recent closure of a major competitor has minimized competition, yielding significant development opportunities. EBITDA for TTM ended 12.31.07 topped $1.26 million on revenues of $5.39 million, which represents a 23.38% EBITDA margin. Pro-forma projections through 2012 favor revenue growth of 25% each year thereafter. Boasts over 50 years of safe and dedicated service to the local community. Schedules flights to 20 surrounding villages, and geographic expansion could easily be achieved by opening new hubs in additional villages. Presently operating in 10 mail markets, the Company expects to qualify for an additional 4 in the near future. Averages approximately 20 flights per day, to carry 112 passengers and 6,000 pounds of mail. Currently holding operating leases on all 10 of its Cessna 207 six seat aircraft, management anticipates acquiring two to three, six and nine seat aircraft per year to support growth. Available for lease or sale, the Company occupies a 12,000 square foot terminal and hanger at the airport that serves as headquarters. Passenger service, mail delivery and charter flights generate the bulk of revenues (52%, 34%, and 13.5% of revenues, respectively), but freight service offers an avenue for great potential growth, as there is very limited competition in the market. Marketing efforts have up to now been limited to minimal local advertising and word-of-mouth referrals; increased efforts would immediately accelerate growth over a short period of time.

Facilities: Occupies a 12,000 square foot terminal and hanger at the airport that serves as the Company s headquarters. The facility is comprised of approximately 1,000 square feet of passenger terminal area, a 300 square foot training and break room, 6,000 square feet of maintenance area with office, parts room and hanger, and the remainder of the space is dedicated to mail, freight and operational use. In addition, the Company leases a crash house for pilots and mechanics and a management office.

Growth/Expansion: The Company s prospects for future growth are excellent, with opportunities to expand by simply adding more routes and schedules to its current operations, by opening new hubs in neighboring cities, by adding additional aircraft, by pursuing the freight market more aggressively, and by developing marketing programs of which it currently does very little. By exploiting any of these opportunities, management is confident that revenue growth could easily exceed the projections.
